    Today’s wod, as rx’d: 14:06. Brian, Tony, and Wes were fassssttttt!

    And then max effort pushups against Brian (using orange cone for rom). I did 38; Brian did 40. Damn it!

    16:46 as RX’d – I think climbing on and off the GHD tree and shucking and donning my hoodie for the runs ate up some time, but this penguin was cold outside :3
