  1. Mindy says:

    5×5 Deadlift – 105-125-145-155-175

After doing those I decided to go for a new 1RM and I got 225# which is a 25# PR!

Thanks Eddie and Bobby for cheering me on, fun morning 🙂

    Mystery – 18

  2. Tony says:

    5×5 Deadlift – 225-295-355-375-395

Then succeeded in my goal of 10 unbroken muscle ups, happy to cross that one off my list

  3. Shelley says:

Wow, awesome things happening at the gym. Way to go Kady, Mindy and Tony!

    Deadlifts 5×5 – 155,175,185,195,205

Mystery WOD – 21 (used 35lb barbell). I may be crazy but I LOVED this one.

  4. John Jackovin says:

    365, 385, 405, 415, 420 x 5 I guess that is my 5 rep PR since I had never done a 5 rep DL before (that I can remember).

Then did the sweet TGU’s and did 26.5…halves count right. 🙂

  5. Meghan McCoy says:

Made Paleo meatloaf today and it was a huge success! It’s a great recipe and super easy. Loving every bite!

Also made paleo pumpkin waffles, tis the season!

  6. Jordanne says:

145lb-155lb-165lb-195lb-205lb x 5; Konged a little at set 4 when I realized which set I was actually on, but I think 195lb is my true 5 rep weight since those 205s were a hot mess on gluten-free toast |P

Then 15 TGUs at 18lbs. I’ve never done these before, but they’re going up right by burpees on Ye Liste o’Suckage. Next time, I’m bringing my kneepads.

  7. Taylor says:

    5×5 deads: 155, 175, 185, 195, 200(5)

    Mystery: 12 w/ 35kb

  8. Leann says:

Wanted to hit Jackie tonight. 10:31 Rx’d. 57 second PR from February.

Turkish getups: 12 @ 26#’s. Had visions of the Jesus Wod, Ugh!

  9. Danielle says:

    135, 155, 165, 175 x5 then 180×3 tried 205 and failed.
    Mystery: 9 with 25# dumbell

Nice job today, everybody…Big PRs. 🙂
