Great time WODing with Kady&Taylor: Row 500m 21-15-9 WBs/PUs Row 500m in 9:29 then 265lb DL which is a 50# PR for me. Legs are screaming rite about now but well worth it!!! Thanx for the push on the DLs ladies. We must do it again sometime! I need to make sure you’re both there next time max cleans is on the board 😉
