130 power clean then 6min KB/WB ladder rx. Cleans did not go as well as I would’ve liked but got some technique tips from Jamie (Thanx btw) so they better be ready next time they face me in a wod! I kid-I kid but hopefully I will @least be more efficient 🙂
Tuesday’s wod, as rx’d: 12:45.
And then I did a portion of Outlaw workout: 4 rds of 200 m run, 2 rope climbs, and 9 unbroken hang power cleans (I used 135#): 12:31. I am coming clean (HA!); I had to put the bar down for rounds 3 and 4. I should have done with some sort of penalty.
Nice job, Todd. My 2nd workout of the day… was a walk. I am going to feel those thrusters, for sure.

Tuesday’s Thruster WOD as rx’d: 15:35.
Didn’t know if I would be able to handle all those 95s, first set of 3, then 2’s on out. I kept telling myself it was going to make the 65s feel light. No, not really.
Helen – 8:34. Helen was one of the first workouts I did post-pregnancy on 6/22/12 and did it in 11:39. Lots of progress in 2 months 🙂

Did the power cleans and made it up to 265lbs a 20lb PR then did the 10,9,8…1 of wall balls and kb swings. Was able to muster 2 bar muscle ups…first time i have ever done or really attempted a bar mu. So I feel good about today.
