Yesterday worked up to 215# power clean- felt ugly and haven’t been able to stick a good power clean in a while – back to the drawing board.

Legs felt terrible today, I’ll do Tully tomorrow.
Worked on bench press today and got 1 rep of 285#, 10# pr…still working towards the elusive 300#

Only managed a half-Tully today, 1st round with 25#, 2nd with 20#, & rowing. Time was not on my side & I couldn’t miss the last practice we had before playing Iowa City on Saturday.
Speaking of which, our last home bout at Hyvee Hall is Sept 29 – advance tickets from me are $10, $13 at the door and kids 12 & under get in for free – don’t hesitate to hit me up!
