“What is CrossFit?” Presentation

This will be great for anyone just starting CrossFit, anyone who has been doing it for a while, or anyone who has yet to try it and wants some more general info. Billy and Lance will be sharing a little about what they learned from Level 1 class a few weeks ago, including the basics of what CrossFit and Fitness are, how we define and measure them, and why CrossFit works so well. Other coaches, Bobby, Jaime, Lindsay, Justin and Shelley will be there also to facilitate a fun, informal discussion.
No need to sign up, just show up at 9:30 or plan on sticking around after class. Hope to see a lot of people there. This will be a great opportunity to get some good info from some very smart people….thanks Billy and Lance 🙂
