    Filthy Fifty first time as rx’d: 38:26. OUCH. I knew Knees-to-elbows were going to be tough (I’ve never come close to doing them rx), but I didn’t expect them to take so much out of me for everything after! Glad that one is over and hope to be ready to take a BIG chunk off that time the next go round.

    Filthy 50 rx’d 33:33. I started and thought, wow, this is pretty easy! Even the knees to elbows weren’t too bad. Then, wall balls DESTROYED me:( And like Annette said, I was so tired I couldn’t even hardly get up and down for burpees… Blah!

    FYI January time (not rx’d 31:06) I used a 10 lb wb and did “singleunders.”

    19:15 – about 2 mins slower than my fastest. I think this was a rude awakening that I need to hit the light, long metcons just a little more frequently.

    “Filthy Fifty” as rx’d – 27:44 Almost a 3 minute PR from January. My goal was to go under 30 minutes so I’m happy. If only TTB and wall balls would go a little quicker…. they seem to last FOREVER.

    3 Rounds for Time
    3 muscle ups
    30 double unders

    first round had some issues with muscle ups, but then they went fine… double unders are another story…

    Filthy 50…..32:53.

    Did 18 on the kettlebells, probably couldve done as rx’ed. 35lb on the push press, I probly could’ve done the 45 lb as rx’ed. Need to work on those knees to elbows. I may have thought I was doing them in my brain, but what I saw in the mirror was more hanging knee raises. Gotta work on that rhythm. πŸ™‚ Time probably would’ve been longer had I done things as rx’ed.

    Overall, pleased I finished and I didn’t puke!

    filthy fifty rx’d 20:49. 1:09 faster than last time. still am missing something here. i want to get to 18:00 so bad.

    Filthy Fifty rx’d 30:44. 3:36 slower than in January :-/
