Nutts: 20:30 (4 minute pr…last did this in November).
Last Friday WOD as rx’d (30 GHD, 30 deadlift, 30 DU, 30 OHS, 30 pull-ups) 8:31
Yesterday’s back squat / GHD workout with 125# – 13:53
“Nutts” – 33:01 my first time doing this one rx’d. And I was probably nuts to do it this morning since I had to immediately go play tennis. I’m afraid to sit down this afternoon because I might not be able to get up 🙁
