    Phew. This one took it out of me. I needed some humility today. Thanks Ship!

    I used 155# for squat cleans, 30 inch box. 31:46.

You’re the Athlete of the Month for crying out loud! JK…but seriously, that monster is killing me! Is it smoking two cigarettes and hovering off the ground?????? That’s not even possible….

    Ship – 30:57 w/65# squat cleans & 20 inch box

    Yesterday morning, Chipper 24:39, 85lbs for OHS and Thrusters, 105lbs for cleans.
    Last night did 21-15-9 wallballs and burpees 6:05
    And, worked on dumbbell snatch got to 55#, 2 each arm and felt good, left it at that.

    Today was my first day ever at a CrossFit. I ended up finishing just four sets as opposed to the nine. I felt sick almost the whole way through. It was absolutely fantastic and I can’t want to go back tomorrow. I feel completely energized.

    ‘Ship’ – Used 155 lbs and 36 in box – 24:10. After doing heavy front squats yesterday I am going to do the hobble of shame for the next couple of days. The worst part is going down the stairs 🙁

      I got really confused there and thought Taylor was putting up those weighted pull up numbers. I thought, “what am I doing wrong? Taylor is get 123lbs for 1!!”
