37:27. Didn’t quite make the 15 min time cap 🙂 I was just happy to do the rx weight on the barbells. I’ve got a long way to go on the heavy stuff to get back to where I was. Thanks for doing this one with me, Meghan!
Burpee chipper wod in 18:57. Was going pretty well til I have 25 on butterflys and my shoulders decided they were toast. Got off the bar at 9:24 and chipped away at HSPUs for the remaining time. These are next on my list of skills to tackle now that MUs can be crossed off. Thanks for the push Taylor&great job on your TWO wods!
