Thanks everyone! Those were 6yrs in the making so definitely happy bout em! Now I’m ready to tackle Olifts and try and actually be as strong as I look 😉 Lol! Thanks to my buds Leeann&Taylor for the push during the wod. Those last 3 rope climbs were brutal&my arms&legs were shaking like J-E-L-L-O so need the pep talk! Luv u guys!
