    100 squats
    4 rope climbs
    75 squats
    3 rope climbs
    50 squats
    2 rope climbs
    25 squats
    1 rope climb


    More importantly want to brag about Lauren’s 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th muscle up!!! Way to go girl!

    Thanks everyone! Those were 6yrs in the making so definitely happy bout em! Now I’m ready to tackle Olifts and try and actually be as strong as I look 😉 Lol! Thanks to my buds Leeann&Taylor for the push during the wod. Those last 3 rope climbs were brutal&my arms&legs were shaking like J-E-L-L-O so need the pep talk! Luv u guys!
