    Thanks again Michelle and Meghan AND everyone else who swung by to watch this long process and keep me going:) I dread heavy weight days because it’s def my weakness, but feeling good about todays accomplishment. And I’m still getting stronger:)

    Master’s WOD (Wall Balls / Dog Sled w/ 4 plates): 5:50.

    Feeling a little beat up (cranky lower back) that ruled out several of this morning’s options. I’ve never pushed the sled before and this one was fun.

    Did the sandbag/tire flip WOD with Mindy and Michelle this morning

    400m run with sandbag
    3 RFT
    10 tire flips
    10 sandbag thrusters
    400m run with sandbag

    This one was a blast! Its always fun to mix it up, now I want to try a sled workout.

    Linda as Rx’d. Meaning 345lb DL’s, 230lb Bench, and 175lb Squat Cleans. 37:25 – That was one of the hardest ones I have been through.
