GHD Sit-Ups (Touch Plate to Floor – Touch Plate to Footpad)
Burpees (Chest Touches Plate While on Floor – Stand and Extend Plate Overhead)
Overhead Walking Lunges (Each Step Counts as One Rep)

    Front Squats: Worked up to 125. 10# PR.

    Then, did Michael in 21:20. I thought I had missed it and was doing it for the first time. BTWB put up that little lightning bolt … and whaddya know? A 3 min PR from March. 🙂

    I am toast from the waist down.

    Don’t Drop Your Baby as rx’d – 8:50 ( exactly 1 min PR from last year)
    I’d say I had a pretty good Crossfit day for a “grandma”! I must still be on an adrenaline rush from yesterday’s events.

    170 was a 5# PR for 3 reps and 180 tied my previous 1RM, so it was a good day.

    Don’t Drop Your Baby was the first wod I ever did… not sure what my time was but I’m positive today was better due to the simple fact that it doesn’t hurt when I breathe! 11:07 (I think it was around 15 before?)

    Oh and I did Grace rx’d beforehand @ 10:45… split clean/ split jerk but I got 95#’s up THIRTY freakin’ times:)
