    28:07 in March, knocked off 1:19:) First mile was fastest I have ever run a mile @ 7:40!

    4 RFT: 400m row/ 8 db snatches 35# / 16 burpees: 15:36.

    Crossfit Total: 295 + 135 + 365 = 795. PRs on all three lifts. A good way to end the week.

    50 GHDs for time: 2:15.

    Crossfit Total – 305 + 185 + 405 = 895
    PR on Back Squat and Strict Press….I about shot my spine across the gym deadlifting in lifting shoes (not a good idea) so I stopped at my previous PR.

    Then, 4 Rounds for time of:
    400m Row
    8 Dumbell Snatch(70# Alternating)
    16 Burpees

    I warmed up for CFT, but wasn’t feeling strong, so warm up was as far as I got. On the bright side, when i was looking back at my previous scores my heaviest warmups this morning (205+95+305=605) was still 15# more than my Total was this time last year.

    Did Tuesday’s WOD (Front squats, burpee & pull ups) instead: as Rx’d – 5:59

    Did a WOD I made up today with Michelle
    10 hang cleans at 105#
    50 double unders
    15 pull ups


    It was a good one and I have had some fun making up workouts the last two days, with a little help from Lindsay Jaime and Bobby.

      Good idea to do 10 rather than 15 hang cleans?

        Yes seriously thank you because by the 3rd round 10 was HEAVY, with the combo of hang cleans, double unders and pull ups my forearms were on fire.

    Crossfit Total 470- Backsquat 145#s, Shoulder Press 90#s, Deadlift 235#s.
    Absolutely need to work on backsquats and feeling secure in the movement. Happy with SP, had 95 but my sweet husband let meknow it was more of a pushpress 😉
