    Little bit of this and that this morning.
    5×5 deadlifts 105,115,125,135,145(x3)
    Happy Birthday Rhonda! 7:25 with 135#’s, 24 inch box
    AND 5 minute du’s AMRAP 156… PR, but I know I can do better;)

    Nancy – 13:06 (PR at old gym was 11:35) Feeling sllllow this morning. There are no excuses in CF…but (cough, cough)heavy front squats right before and 134 OH squats on tuesday.

    Outlaw wod (red) – 5rds run200m, 9 ub hang squat cleans (?), 6 push jerk/press at 75lbs. 20:52
    2min rest between rounds.

    I dont know if I wrote that right.

    Did lots of lifting today and some weighted MU’s. More snatches of course.

    Then Bobby and I did a sweet workout of 5 rounds for time of:
    200m Run
    9 Unbroken Hang Squat Cleans @ 155
    6 Push Jerks @ 155
    Rest 2 minutes


    It was a rough one, but a good one…thanks Bobby! I was glad that I was able to do the Hang Squat Cleans UB…didn’t know how that one would go.

    I did another WOD very similar to “The Chief.”
    It’s called the “Man Eater.”
    5 cycles of: 3 min AMRAP and rest 1 min
    3 thrusters @95#
    6 box jumps at 24 inch box
    9 kb swings at 1.5 pood

    I got 17 rds plus 7 reps. I believe this one was a tad harder than “The Chief.” I’d be interested in seeing how others do if people decide to do it!

    I did it head to head with Curtis. Nice job Curtis!

    Outlaw -5 rounds: 200m run, 9 ub hang squat cleans, 6 push jerk 95# rest 2 min – 18:44
    Dropped the bar one time after 5 sc in round 4, other than that was able to do them unbroken.
