Last night did Lance’s B-Day WOD – 8:11
I did however, only out of great respect for Lance and maybe only slightly because I am easily confused during workouts, do a fourth round of LGB. So, my 4 round time for LGB was…. 11:17
This morning I did more Outlaw programming…barbells and snatches and blah blah blah…I don’t even have the energy to try to think about what it was exactly.
Today’s wod rx’d = 3 rounds + 7 clean and jerks. I was not feeling it today and now realize why…..cheesecake. I polished off half of it last night, couldn’t sleep and felt tired this morning. Being on a low sugar diet and then hitting the extreme opposite does not do fun things to the body. I guess I learned my lesson…..until next time!
