Really focused on full ROM thrusters with the RX weight. I think I got it pretty good.
Pretty sure I heard Shelley walking around the gym this morning psyching herself up for some one handed pull-ups and push-ups. I wonder how that worked out? 🙂
Hahaha,that’s funny…. The only way I could ever do either one would be in my dreams.
I do have a new goal though, NO MORE BROKEN BONES!

Yesterday – Sunday’s WOD (10-9-8-7…etc of C2B, BJ, GHD) – 7:47. May be finally in the game on C2B pullups…they felt ugly and only able to string 6 together at a time but I think I am finally on the right track.
Jaime wanted to get in on the pregnant wod action yesterday, so we did a little challenge: 7 bear complexes, 7 burpees, 7 bear complexes. Good little workout!
