Awesome video. So here’s my idea. We make a Crossfit 515 bucket list, everyone gets to add one item and at the end of the year, we see what has been knocked off.
My item for the list: see and photograph Angel Falls.
Have my first grandchild, and spoil him or her. Witness CF515 at the Regionals and CF Games. Go to New Zealand.

I’m guessing you can find it by going to log – workout – the by searching for either 2008 games WOD or dealift, burpee.

did a team wod today with mindy, michelle, tara, and lance. here it was: 5 rds for time of…
50 kb swings (1.5 pood for guys and 1 pood for girls)
30 toes to bar
15 handstand pushups
i think we did it in just over 15 mins
then i did 9,7,5 of hang squat snatches (95lb) and in between each round i did 50 double unders…4:46
fun to workout with team 515! so excited for you guys!
I actually just bought a Nike Fuel Band, it comes on Monday. Looking forward to seeing how many points I can rack up doing crossfit!! #makeitcount
Worked on squat cleans with Adam. Got up to 210# (10# PR) and felt really good. Then got whooped by Adam on Freddy Krueger (4:02)

Started with a team workout…love team workouts!! (I think it was 15:31 ish) – great job everyone!!
Then did Regionals 11.3 workout at the team RX’d weight:
21-15-9 of 185# DL and 24″ Box Jumps
3:51 which is amost a minute faster than last year (56 seconds to be exact) 🙂
Got home and had the brilliant (or not so brilliant) idea to do the Handstand Walk/Squats WOD from thursday. I quickly realized that my arms/shoulders were not thrilled with this idea especially considering it was on concrete sidewalk with a slight incline for the walks. RX’d in 17:47
