    Today’s WOD with purple band dips 36:??

    Been avoiding pull ups since 12.5 so this one fell apart after about the second round. Glad to finish:)

    GREAT JOB Shelley on doing this one rxd! It was super impressive, and the tape arm bands made you look even tougher;)

      Glad I at least looked tough since my time certainly doesn’t. At least I didn’t have to call it quits because of muscle failure on the dips. And a big thanks for running(?) that last 800m with me.

    Yesterday – “Helen” w/ Officer Woods – 7:41. My PR is 6:59 and my excuses are: An out and back 400m is much harder than a loop, the 400m lap at the old gym is slightly suspect (short, not by much, but still short), it’s an extra 30+ feet to the pullup station, could not hold on to pullup bar for the life of me.

    Either way, it still hurt. Officer Woods cruised to a minute + PR…boomsauce!

      6 seconds slower than the last time I did it…can’t seem to get under 6 minutes on this one…I don’t know what my problem was yesterday…probably because Buckshark hasn’t been at the noon class. That’s right Bobby!!! Your Fault!!!

    This evening: Buckshark challenge round 2 (“Mini Gorzilla”)-
    3 rounds for time:
    1 overhead squat (225/155)- from rack*
    2 rope climbs
    3 squat snatches (165/115)
    4 ring HSPUs (guys on MU rings)
    *re-rack bar at end of each round
    As Rx’d – 16:35
