Today’s WOD – 23:01 or 22:01…I can’t remember, forgot as soon as I put my car in reverse from the parking spot this morning. I will go with 23:01.
I could do one or two K2E every round, but they quickly evolved to hanging knee raises. Still got a little too much fat getting in the way of getting them all the way up! I’m workin on that though! 😉

Today’s WOD: 24:09 (I think) … It’s a theme this morning. I agree with Leann that CF does an excellent job of keeping you guessing and wishing you were better at a hundred different things. I love it. (I had to come today to see what “twinkies” were and if I could do them. YAY! I can.) I could not get to my elbows so my reps include various “degrees” of hanging knee raises.
As always a good way to start the day … and the 6:30 runners got to see a beautiful sunrise this morning. Thanks for telling me to look up, Jeremy!
