April goals ~
Goal # 1- was to get butterfly c2b and then surprised myself today with 10 consecutive. Now my goal will be to get 15 or a get through a wod with them.
Goal # 2 – complete a wod with muscle ups in it.
today’s rx’d 3:48. wanted to do something else but was pressed for time. want to say congrats to the new guy, Curtis on his first crossfit wod. he did well!
I have to express some apiitcraepon to you just for rescuing me from this type of problem. Right after searching throughout the search engines and obtaining methods which were not powerful, I was thinking my entire life was gone. Living devoid of the solutions to the difficulties you’ve solved all through this website is a critical case, and the ones that could have adversely affected my entire career if I hadn’t noticed your site. April Goals:
1. Butterfly pull ups-10 consecutive by the end of the month.
2. Helping everyone get ready for Regionals!!!!
gonna jump on the butterfly pullup wagon…8 butterfly pullups by the end of April – thats my only goal for April 🙂
sundays’ wod – today (monday) 4:55 rx’d
nevermind, i did it in 5:something…:-( I think 4:55 was a workout on Saturday….had to correct myself!
Today’ s wod: 4:24 (16# wallball)
Then I went and found a pool and did mainsite wod: As rxd- 10:05 …way hard!!
Did the Wallball/Burpee WOD as Rx’d 4:15. Then did the “And then…” workout from Saturday 4:30. Some please help me figure out toes to bar.
