Thank you mindy, Michelle, Justin for the encouragement and counting on the last round!!!! 🙂 it was much appreciated and kept me moving quicker than I prob would have.

10 rounds: 3 unbroken muscle-ups & 3 unbroken strict HSPUs
I made it thru 4 rounds doing 3 of each and then did the last 6 rounds at 2 of each. My time was right around 16 min I think.
