Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups (with Band)
30 Push-ups (from Knees)
40 Sit-ups (Ab-Mat)
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
Grey = 1/2 the reps and half the rest time of Blue

Barbara (w/ bands and final “speed” round w/ knee pushups): 47:30. I like this one, too. All stuff you should be good at if you are going to call yourself fit, right? Thanks for the encouragement guys – it is so motivating to see you killing it (a round or two ahead of me even 🙂 ). It would be so much harder to do this alone!
