Make Up/Challenge/Skill DAY

Bobby’s Super Creative and Fun Team Birthday (23rd) WOD Chipper Extravaganza of Awesomeness (It was on Sunday)

*Teams of 4 (Ideally 2 Guys & 2 Gals)

*Exercises in BLUE = only 1 person working at a time, everyone must make at least 1 attempt per rotation

*Must complete each task in order before moving on to next exercise

For Time:
1.  80 Feet Handstand Walk (As soon as anyone finishes they can return to help hold teammates feet)

2.  12 Rope Climbs
3.  12 Clean & Jerks (weight = HEAVY)
4.  120 Toes-to-Bar
5.  80 Feet Overhead Walking Lunge with Plate
6.  800 Passes of Jump Rope Under Feet (Must rotate as soon as you miss)
7.  400m Buddy Carry 🙂
