    Sunday’s WOD for me –

    68 flights of stairs, 1,179 total steps

    total time – 16:47

    Would have never done this prior to starting Crossfit. Also, huge thanks to the sponsorship from the gang at 515. Great cause, and I really appreciate the support. Can’t wait to kill it in the new place in the morning.

    Today’s wod, in the new crib…awesomeness! I think it took me between 18 and 19 minutes. Forgot to go look at time. Good wod to break in the new place.

    Did Sunday’s mainsite WOD. 10 min AMRAP – 2 C&J at 185 plus one rope climb. 10 rounds.

    Felt like I needed to test the cardio after all the lifting lately…

    Today did 3 rds for time of:

    300m Row
    20 Wall Balls w/20#’r
    10 Pull Ups


    Then did 5X5 Back Squat – 185, 205, 225, 245, 255

    Sunday’s wod – 10 min amrap, 2 C&J, 1 rope climb – 7 rounds + 1 C&J. I used 115# (rather than girl’s rx’d 135#). I warmed up to 125# and decided anything more than 115# would end up being too much standing around.

    Glad I couldn’t sleep and made it to the first ever class in the new gym!! I LOVE it!

    Hotel Wod in Dallas:
    Well, here is how the workout was supposed to go…
    Every minute on the minute for 15 mins:
    5 deadlifts
    7 hang power clean
    9 thrusters, all with 40# dumbbells.

    After the first round I knew I had bitten off more than I could chew and dropped the thrusters reps down to 5, but still did them on the minute. After about 8 or 9 mins started doing them every 1:30. I’m attributing the weak showing to the small fitness room being 80 degrees, traveling most of the day, weird dumb bells and just being a freaking HARD workout. I never got a final count for rounds but guessing 12ish. Either way a good way to sweat it out with minimal equipment.

    Now gonna go run around a near by lake cause it’s 70 degrees outside 🙂
