    12.2 WOD: 38 reps. No real technique at all for my 135 snatches…lots of pressing.

    Open wod 12.2 – 61 reps, I was pretty excited about that last one – 15# pr on snatch!

    Such a fun morning and everyone was doing soo well, thanks for all the cheering and hugs this morning 🙂

    Open WOD 12.2- 60 reps

    Got to 100# and tried my first snatch and knew there was no way it was going over my head. Actually kinda disappointed in this one, its hard when you have the time and the energy but you’re just not strong enough. But very inspired by the great efforts this morning! Way to go guys it was a lot of fun to watch! Now ready to kick some butt in the new place!

    Worked on OHS this morning using a medicine ball for range of motion cue. Working on being patient at the bottom of the squat and coming up strong. I’m hoping this approach is building strength in my legs so I’ll be able to push through some plateaus on all the squats.

    Then came home and did a quick WOD in the garage: 5RFT 15 KB (35#)/10 DU’s: 6:40. The DU’s were pretty unpleasant, not even one set unbroken. 🙁

    Good job guys on the Open WOD this morning and Good Luck Jaime, I’ll be thinking of you! I know you are going to put up a great score!

    I didn’t string 5 MU’s in a row until my last set…which makes really no since. I guess I just wasn’t limbered up on the first couple sets of MU’s.

    Open WOD 12.2 – 90 reps
    I got 2 shots at 120#, which is what I wanted, but didn’t get very close. Warming up thou, I power snatched 120 (I know this is a PR), and squat snatched it easier than I’d done before, so I’m happy with how the day went 🙂 Thanks so much for cheering me on at noon, everyone!!!

    The new gym is looking good!!! We’ll be there tomorrow morning at 9:00 if anyone wants to redo 12.2. We’ll finish setting things up after that if anyone wants to help or check out the new space. Thanks for all the help today! Went very quickly with everyone there.

      Couldn’t thank all of you guys that helped out today enough, it really meant a lot to me and saved us a lot of time. I literally think it is the coolest crossfit gym I have ever seen from the hundreds of crossfit videos I have watched, it is sick!

        I echo everything Bobby said. Thank you SOO much to everyone today for your help. We have the best group of people at 515 that I’ve ever met. What a great day!!
