Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
Snatch, 30 reps (75/45) (45/35) (35/15)
Snatch, 30 reps (135/75) (75/45) (45/35)
Snatch, 30 reps (165/100) (95/75) (75/55)
Snatch, as many reps as possible (210/120) (135/95) (95/75)

    Open WOD 12.2: 60 reps. Only had 10 seconds to load up 100 and my current snatch PR is 90… I wish I would have had time to try, though!

    Then came home and practiced DU’s. Crossed the 10 in a row mark a couple of times (10, 11,12!) Whether they show up in the Open or not, I’d like to be much better at them 🙂 Wrists low. Jump high. New goal: 25

    Open WOD 12.2: 60 reps – which is the best I could hope for with a max snatch of 155.

    I got to the 165# with 2 mins left…then just couldn’t stick any of them.

    Open 12.2 – 65 reps. I knew I wouldn’t get too far with the 100# snatches, so this was about how I expected to do. The first 60 reps took longer and took more out of me than I thought they would.

        Thanks, Michelle 🙂 It’s funny because I don’t feel like my belly is that big while I’m working out, then I watch the video and it’s like, yep, big prego lady doing oly lifts … looks ridiculous, haha

    Pretty sure i could have gone a little heavier.

    44 reps

    Happy with this considering my max snatch is 145#, being able to do 14 at 135# was good progress for me.

    Open 12.2 WOD Rx’d – 67 reps

    I’ll be re-doing this one as well. I had almost 4 minutes to do 165lb snatches and got 1 out of 5 squat snatch attempts and then did 6 power snatches. Next attempt going straight to power snatches and can hopefully hit low to mid 70’s.

    12.2 rx’d – 60 reps. Not my strong suit. Not quite sure I could have got one rep at 165. Most likely will not do this one again. I’m pretty content with what I did. Congrats to those that can lift that heavy weight!
