    “Gabby” WOD
    1st rope climb, not really an L but used no legs
    2nd rope climb, half way up without legs then decided it would be in my best interest not to come crashing down so started normal rope climb.
    3rd rope climb, normal with legs


    Then…Tabata Situps for Total Reps = 101

    Gabby’s WOD (Scaled): 10:00 P*ll*ps! by Round 3 I was down to one at a time with the blue band. Someday, I will be able to do pullups … I am going to mentally channel that graceful and strong young Leah! On the upside, my frustration with the pullups made the burpees feel like a piece of cake 🙂

    Then… Tabata situps with the guys: 90 Total reps

    Then… My FIRST ROPE CLIMB! Yep, I touched the beam and didn’t coming crashing down. So … now I get to buy some SOCKS! That **totally** makes up for how sucky I felt after today’s WOD. Thanks for your help Bobby!

    Gabby WOD: 1st rope climb, no legs…but not an L. Legs used for 2nd and 3rd rope climb. 5:08.

    Tabata Sit-ups: 117 total reps.
