    WOD as rx’d 24:39…my second pull-up WOD this week w/out a band, & my goal was to give it up by the end of the month, so I guess that’s it!
    Also celebrating one month as a Crossfitter today 🙂

    I never knew I could do 100 pull-ups with my fingers instead of palms. I think somebody should try this wod with a vest on…just not me.

    GI Jane rx’d – 16:15 … 3 seconds better than in February – YAY! I’m not getting many PRs these days, so I’ll take it.

    Feeling very bad about not being there. My back got destroyed Monday and I have been walking around like I have a corncob stuck up my a$$. I think I came back too quickly after injury. This is annoying.

    HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE! One of the many things I’m thankful for is not having to be on crutches tomorrow when 20+ people will be at my house for Thanksgiving.

    No burpees or jumping today for me so did 100 pull ups for time – 11:16 (PR, boot and all)
