    Spent 2 full minutes on the last single MU. That was not sauwesome

    Today’s wod – 6:57 / 285# … pathetic. I used 95# and failed on 4 of them 🙁 At least DUs went decent.

    For time:

    6 Handstand Pushups
    12 Squares Handstand Walk (1 kip-up for every fall)
    24 GHD Situps
    48 Double-unders
    96 seconds total of holding breath in bottom of squat

    Today’s wod rx’d = 7:26, 715lbs. Not a full squat snatch but I’m getting there….someday.

    Not sure of my exact numbers on today’s WOD (and I’m ok w/ that)
    I was unfamiliar with both these movements so this was def my most frustrating day so far, and if we were all better friends I would totally admit to crying about it to my sister when I got home. But more importantly Thanks so much to the Noyce sibs for being such great cheerleaders 🙂
