    Happy Anniversary CF 515!

    515 WOD – 8:47. I got 11:20 a year ago and I still think I can get close to 8:00 if my legs werent fried. Jaime and Z killed it!

    515 WOD – 8:21. Felt like I was resting too long, coming off the bar too much, and couldn’t push myself, BUT butterfly PUs are getting better and 4:39 faster than a year ago 🙂

    “5-1-5” WOD as Rx’d – 7:57
    My goal today was 8:20 and my time from a year ago was 11:21, so I am very pleased…it’s been a great week so far 🙂

    Also just want to take a minute to thank everyone at 515 for making this year such a great success!! I feel incredibly blessed to be a part of it, and especially to have a pleasure to be around such amazing and inspiring people every day. Can’t wait to see what year 2 brings!

    515 WOD as rx’d – 17:03. Last year I did this WOD with 45lbs and a blue band for pull ups in 12:45. I’ve come a long way. This stuff does work. Thanks Jaime and Bobby for always pushing me to do more than I think I am capable of.

    515 WOD as Rx’d – 7:44. Haven’t ever done this WOD before but felt reminiscent of the first few times I attempted Fran. I still have lung burn an hour later. But definetely appropriate to have something kick my butt this bad on the gym’s 1 Year Anniversary. Happy Anniversary 515!
