    Isabel rx’d – 5:31. Today was the first time I’ve been able to power snatch 95#, and first time doing Isabel rx’d. After I went, Bobby said his goal was to beat my time, so I gotta feel pretty good about it 🙂 (and he did beat me)

    Isabel (65lbs) – 5:20 Form needs a lot of work. After the last few hero WODs, I needed a short workout like this.

    Isabel Rx’d (squat snatches) 40:04!

    I could have done the workout with a poor power snatch form and done it a lot quicker; but I made the decision to do a true squat snatch for each rep – which resulted in about 3 failed attempts for every successful one.
