    I think I was at 12:29 with 135 lbs on the sumo deadlift high pulls. Would love to say that extra weight slowed me down but it was the box jumps and the burpees killed me. Tremendous respect for Jamie, Lindsey and whomever else did the 3 min, 6 min and full versions of this workout.

    Entire chipper(plus sled drag) – 15:47

    This one torchered my mind as much as it did physically. Getting back on the rower after the 6 min AMRAP is a depressing moment, haha. It was a very awesome test…glad HQ concocted this up for the final event at the games….sick minds.

    Can’t wait to get destroyed by this workout at noon class.

    Bobby and Jaime, you guys were right…..”Linda” is with squat cleans as opposed to power cleans.

    As rx’d with a barbell istead of kettle bell for the sdhp’s = 14:27….I think it would have gone faster if I hadn’t done 30 toes to bar and then ground to overhead instead of shoulders to overhead…..that’s just ‘dum’ dumb

    Last night, real Elizabeth (squat cleans) – 8:40

    3 min amrap – 57 reps
    6 min amrap – 118 reps
    full wod – 15:30

    Rowing and wallballs are about the two worst possible movements for me … why couldn’t this start with box jumps and burpees?

    full wod (plus sled drag)– 17:20
    Sled drag took FOREVER – I had nothing left at that point.

    Just wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone at Crossfit515 for all the encouragement, well wishes, and congratulations during the Crossfit games competition. It was a truly amazing experience. It was so uplifting to spend time with so many fit, caring, polite, encouraging people (from the judges, to the competitors, to the spectators). That is what the Crossfit community is all about and I am so happy and proud to be a part of it.
