    OMG – I am so scared to do double unders! I did Annie on Friday then worked on them at home Saturday night…my left arm has slash mark bruises all over it!!! OUCHIE! I need to put a shin guard on that arm or something! LOL

    Today’s WOD Rx’d – 16:42. Feeling REALLY off this morning. Will probably give this one another shot in a week or two.

    Black wod rx’d – 4:27. Was actually squat snatching the first rep each round. Previous time on 10/27/10 with 85# – 8:20.
    And then, I did a bar muscle up 🙂

      Someone won’t die when they are hanging off the edge of a cliff or building, if that’s not functional strength I don’t know what is 🙂

    Today’s WOD 9:16 at 65# I will also be redoing this one at a heavier weight 65 wasn’t enough. The learning curve on how much weight you can actually do gets annoying sometimes.

    115# at 6:11. this is a pr for me since ohs and i don’t like each other. think i could have done it rx’d however. next time.

    I was not feeling it today…I was pretty disappointed that I couldn’t start with a squat snatch each round.

    Today’s WOD (75 lb OHS) – 12:11 I was also not feeling it today. There must have been something in the air …….. maybe humidity?
    Thanks for the use of your jump rope Meghan. I didn’t quite have the hang of it during the DUs in the WOD but I spent some time working on them this afternoon and feel like I made considerable improvement.
