    Last night Hawkeye (Third best college in the state) Challenge = 11:17.

    Today’s wod everything rx’d except 45 lb dumbell = 18:08. I don’t think that doing the squats yesterday helped this at all.

    Today’s wod: rx’d. 19:27. Good to be back in the gym! My hamstrings are still about 3 inches too short from the squats on Monday.

    Last night: Sunday’s Run/DL/Pushup WOD as rxd – 23:05 …did hand release pushups and they felt pretty good – legs definitely did not!

    This morning:
    Snatches on the min: 95#-120# (PR by 10#!)
    then, “Annie” as rxd – 5:02 (PR by 24 seconds) ..unbroken except for DU #10 of round 10 – I’m thinking that cost me sub 5:00 🙁

    I think I’m all caught up now, so I plan to do today’s WOD later. Looks like a fun one!
