    That was awful. Over 35 minutes to do 235# 100 times. I am having a tough time in the general “moving” category.

        Thanks. When I was in the 60’s and only getting 3 at a time it felt like it would take forever…and it did. But I finished and did full squats (no cheating here) so I feel good about it.

    Despite trying to gain weight the past month, workouts like this make me happy I still only weigh 165# 😉

    Plan to give it a shot sometime this week

    Sunday’s WOD – 21:17 (with 155# instead of 145#, ooops!)
    Five rounds for time of:
    Run 400 meters
    20 Deadlift 155#
    20 Push-ups
    10 Deadlifts 155#
    10 Push-ups

    Used 185
    Time – 9:57
    Going for max reps and doing 40 to start was not a good idea if I cared about my time, bar was on my back for 2:40

    BW = 200
    Used = 200


    Started with 20 unbroken, then switched to sets of 10, then to sets of 5.

    Did “Josh” as Rx’d – 4:53. I know I can do this one faster.

    Then did mainsite for today of 15 minute Squat Snatch, 1 snatch on the minute every minute – 115lbs to 165lbs.

    Ouchy ouchy, I am going to feel this one tomorrow. Couldve gone faster if my legs wouldnt have felt so much like jell-o. But hey, at least i finished it. 🙂

    Today’s WOD – Squat Snatch (1 per Minute for 15 Minutes) 135#-145#.

    145 is a Squat Snatch PR for me.

    Hawkeye Challenge at BW 125# – 15:28 … I suck suck suck at back squat. Think I’ll be feeling this one tomorrow!
