    Well that was fun. 9:39 I believe. Thought I could do it more quickly than that, but the grip started to give out during cleans. Oh well room for improvement.

    It was SO hard to watch everyone do “DT” (my favorite CrossFit workout) this morning and not participate, but I needed a rest day today! I’m super excited to do it tomorrow…it will be like my birthday is a day early 🙂

      If Lance isn’t in I am up for a re-match, I am not sure I any longer stand a chance against you in this workout but I still feel like I have never given it my best effort. Either way I will eat my wheaties and be ready
