    Today “Helen” Rx’d 11:53

    First July Goal Done!!!! Learned Kipping HSPU. Thank you Jaime couldn’t have done it without you:)

    Other July Goals-
    Ring Dip
    10 consecutive double unders

    with more goals to be added just got to think of them first.

        I know now I cant wait to do a workout with some in it. Did you figure out one for today? Sorry I missed the noon class I had stupid lawns to mow apparently grass doesnt take the 4th of July weekend off like everyone else lol.

    9:55 – Feeling weak this morning. I’m blaming it on the ICBs…

    Morrison rx’d – 34:32 For awhile I thought this one was going to be a pukie for me 🙁 Too much of everything this long holiday weekend.

    July goal: 40 consecutive DUs (old PR is 32). I’d actually just be happy with achieving better form on them so I don’t get so tired.

    1) Strict MU
    2) Finish “Amanda” in 15:00 time cap
    3) 200# Back Squat
    4) 4 Consecutive MUs (goal from June – I got 3)

      Oops, just noticed I misspelled mYagi. I needed to blow off some steam tonight after a rough day, so I did:

      For time:
      Thrusters (95/65) 10-8-6-4-2
      Power Snatch (95/65) 2-4-6-8-10
      OHS (95/65) 10-8-6-4-2
      As Rxd 4:38…I really liked this one! Thanks for the encouragement and counting for me, Bart.

      Shoulder Press 5×5: 65-75-85-95(2,f)-100(1,f) …100 was a new 1 rep PR.

    3) Diane RX’d (need to quit neglecting HSPU)
    4) 135 lb squat snatch

    “Morrison” Rx’d 29:49 – it was neat to do a fallen hero’s WOD on the 4th!

    Today- “death by body weight bench press” 9 rounds.
