    Push Jerk: 135-145-155-165-175-185-195, I put 205 on the bar and stood with it for about 10 seconds both times without attempting, was mentally weak and instead did 20 GOOD push jerks at 135# in 39 seconds. Still don’t really like that movement but getting a little better.

    I got 215 twice, but I just couldn’t seem to stick 225 two times in a row…i’m a big fun of the one rep max.

        This one frustrated me…I could get 185 X 2, but I couldn’t get 1 @ 195 for some reason!

      Wino WOD – my favorite……
      4 vineyard rounds of Riesling, Malbec, Cab, Merlot with a Pinot as finisher. Between each one cheese and bread is a must to sustain throughout this WOD!!

    Not sure why the hell I did it, especially after watching Yoder do this WOD yesterday but gave “Badger” a go. My goal was under 25 minutes which didn’t happen. Ended up at 29:59. I posted to the White Board and saw that “Old Bobby’s” time in April of 2010 was 28:27. I’m making a prediction that he’ll get an 8 minute PR on this one.
