-  Jaime – Complete 30 MU’s For Time (33:02)
-  Lance – Complete 30 MU’s For Time (28:23)
-  Ash – 4 Consecutive Muscle Ups
-  John – 1st Muscle Up Ever
–  Lance – Deadlift 585#
–  Bobby – Rainbow Back Squat (305#)

    Congratulations on your graduation from Drake. Pretty impressive to graduate on time, and start a new business at the same time. Well done!!

    I’m looking forward to getting home, and despite how much it’s going to hurt, getting back to CrossFit. This morning I’ll be playing, and walking, my 11th round of golf in 8 days. I credit CrossFit for getting me in good enough physical condition to accomplish that.

      I forgot to post this yesterday so
      For Time:
      3 Schools
      4 Years
      8 Semesters
      132 Credit Hours
      Prove how good you are at short-term memorization without ever actually learning anything
      Get really good at pretending you actually read something without ever actually reading anything

      As Rx’d – 1 sheet of paper with a name I don’t even go by on it
