    So I think the only thing worse than burpees is bar facing burpees…. yuck!

    Went and ran a mile at Valley track – 4:59 (my quads were tired before I even started, and I CANNOT figure out why, but I think I could do quite a bit better)

    Justin I am totally down for doing an 800 sometime, but after a rest day


    Today’s Black WOD as Rx’d – 9:40 (all thrusters unbroken) and once again my quads were tired before I even started and I CANNOT figure out why 🙂

    SO…I could finally function at a limited level today after wrecking myself with that 72 minute WOD on Friday….bout all I could do today was run so I tried out a WOD I have been thinking about doing ever since I bought my vest….think we should do this one sometime….

    – 1 Mile for time (wearing 15 lb vest)
    – Rest 5 minutes
    -1 Mile for time (No vest/see how much u can beat weighted mile by)
    —-Weighted Mile – 8:44
    —-Non Weighted Mile – 8:14
