    Games wod 11.1 – 6 rounds + 22 DUs
    Double unders did not go as well as I hoped, and really frustrating to not get all 30 at the end! I’m going to try and forget how horrible that was and give it another go on Saturday

      That’s gonna be the hardest part: forgetting how much it sucked in order to voluntarily redo it in two days 🙂

    Games WOD 11.1 – 5 rounds + 14 snatches

    The last 2 mins were a blur and I thought I had more time left. Coming up 1 rep short of another full round SUCKS! Definately another misleading but great wod. Not sure I have the tenacity to give this one another shot…but we’ll see. Thanks for the encouragement 5:30 stragglers and 6:30 class!

    OHS: 130-135-140-145-150 (PR by 10# 🙂 )
    FS: 155-160-165-170(f)-170 (PR by 5# 🙂 )
    BS: 175-180(f)-180(f)-180-185(f) (old PR 185)…I don’t think taking the 10 min breaks between back squats to watch Justin & Lindsay do their Open WODs helped any. Oh well, I can’t argue w 2 out of 3 PRs for the day!

    I HATE overhead squats
    OHS – 115-125(f)-125(f)-120(f)-115
    FS – 195-205-215-225-235(f) pr’d by 40 lbs..old pr 185lbs
    BS – 245-255-265-275-280(f) old pr 275

    Still nursing my shoulder. No OHS
    Front Squat 275. PR
    Back squat: a sad three attemps at 315 which isn’t even my PR. Shouldn’t have failed on Front Squat.

    OHS: 45, 55, 65, 75, 95 PR (first time I’ve been able to OHS with weight on the bar, flexibility is improving)

    FS: 185, 205, 245, 255, 265(f) (No PR, current PR is still 260)

    BS: 275, 285, 295, 315 (PR by 10#), and 325 lbs(f)

    FS: 135-145-155-165-175 (PR by 15#)
    BS: 185-190-195-200-205 (PR by 5#)
    Failed on 1st try at 125# and 205#, but overall, a pretty good day, I think 🙂 Makes me feel a little better after yesterday’s WOD!

    Front Squat: 235-245-255-260-265 (PR by 10#) And….I stole the title from Jen on the looongest squat in the gym
    Back Squat: 255-265-275-285(f)-280 (PR by 5#)

    Strength bias was bittersweet. Got a 245lb OHS (25lb PR) and 300lb FS (35lb PR), but only five rounds and 30 DUs on the Open WOD. Gonna retry Saturday, and get that last rep of 345 for BS when I’m not feeling completely tapped. Strong work, Team 515!

    Not as good on the Open WOD as I wanted. Will try again on Saturday….5 rounds plus 15 double unders.

    No overhead squat. Shoulder doesn’t feel well.
    Front Squat PR at 255lbs
    Back Squat PR at 310lbs

    Sorry for the delay, Bryant. Here is the “Paleo Zucchini bread” recipe from Sat:
    2 cups chopped zucchini
    6 eggs
    3/4 cups extra virgin olive oil
    2 tsp agave nectar
    1/3 cup honey
    2 tsp vanilla
    1 1/4 cup almond flour
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    5 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp baking soda
    Mix all ingredients together and bake at 325 for about 60 minutes.

    I’m glad people seemed to like it…or they were just being nice 🙂 I had mixed feelings about it. I plan to try it again with a few adjustments of my own, so I’ll let you know if I find a way to improve on the recipe!

    Wow!! Some serious weight lifting at 515 today. Congrats to everyone with all the PRs.

    Also, hats off to all of you on the Games WOD 11.1 performances. I did 3 rounds, and felt that I gave it my all; so I’m impressed with all the 5+ round performances. And Bobby, 8+ rounds does not compute – way to go.
