Okay Jasmine, it looks like I get to challenge you. Here’s your options:

    Option 1: 21-15-9 (using a 35lb barbell)
    Turkish get-ups
    Sotts press

Option 2: Handstand hold against the wall for time. Then you get
that much time to do as many pistols as possible

    Option 3: 3 rounds
    10 65lb overhead squats
20 yds barbell overhead walking lunges (45 lb bar)
30 GHD sit ups (hand touches the ground)

Jas, pick option 3… a little birdy told me that Shelley kicks ass on turkish get-ups!
P.s. I feel myself getting less physically fit by the day. Its been 7 days without crossfit… I truely miss it. 🙁

Bart and Bobby – Congratulations on a great performance this weekend in Columbus!!! I had a friggin blast going with you guys.

To All – They represented CF515 extremely well. It would take too much space to describe all of the workouts; but it was a grueling couple of days with a mix of traditional CF WODs, a couple of non-conventional workouts, and the final workouts from last year’s world championships. Participants were placed on teams of 3 based on the first workout time (Fran), with presumably an “A”, a “B” and a “C” athlete. (Unfortunlately, they managed to taint that by randomly putting guys like Graham Holmberg and Josh Everett on teams as “B” or “C” athletes. Guess how those teams did.) Nonetheless, it was a great opportunity to make some new CrossFit friends from around the U.S.

There were good crowds at the CrossFit venue and awesome performances by many of the athletes. Mix that in with 10 or 12 athletes (male and female) that have competed in the world games, including some world champions; plus thousands of people wandering around the Columbus convention center for all of the other activities; and the atmosphere was truly electric.

Like I said, it was a blast.

Here’s a couple of my March goals ……a little late but I’ve been working on them so thought I should post them:
    1. 5 consecutive ring dips
    2. 10 consecutive butterfly pull ups
Not much time to accomplish these goals since we leave for Florida next week. So I’m guessing they will be my April goals also.

Awesome job on the ring dips today, Jen!!!

    • Jen says:

Thanks! One of these days I’ll be able to do them faster 🙂 7 minutes for 18 ring dips is a little much!

Wrist has been hurting when lifting since “bears” last week so made up my own WOD for today:

    25 24″ box jumps
    50 walking lunges
    75 ab mat sit-ups
    100 squats

The PLAN was to do 4 rounds but only did 3 when I was ending the 3rd round at just over 30 minutes! Went over to the rings afterwards to see if ring dips would hurt my wrists… dipped down then back up! Woo! I guess I tricked myself into doing it! Did it a couple more times just to make sure I wasn’t imagining things. 🙂

  9. Adam S says:

    Shoulder Press 3-3-3-3-3-3-3
    95,105,115,125(1), 120, 95, 95

    “818” – (sub’d Squat Snatches for 65# Power Snatches)

  10. Bryant Pickering says:

Brian – did 205# for squat cleans. Have fun!

  11. Jodi says:

Isn’t it crazy how crossfit is just as much mental as it is physical?

  12. Scott krueger says:
