    I’m not completely sure what we r doing yet, but it looks to me like 5 minute AMRAP with our teams of 3 picking up and putting a 100 lb. D-Ball over that 6 foot wall, not sure how many balls each team gets though.

    25:31 with muscle up progressions (with proper technique for MU Progressions. Before today’s WOD I do not think I was doing them correctly – I was using my feet too much to get up – thanks for the help Brian!)

    “Z” WOD – 16:57….lost by 47 seconds…..I did my best on this one knowing my chances weren’t too good….I don’t feel too bad about losing to Z on a running WOD by less than 10 seconds per round 🙂

    Then….push press make-up from yesterday with a Max of 145

    Then….did a timed 400 (working on my running lately) – 1:17 (PR:09)

    Definitely not happy w my performance this afternoon 🙁 Just couldn’t push myself as hard as I wanted, of course sitting in the car all day before didn’t help! I will say it was my first WOD w a vest, and way harder than I expected (esp burpees!!) Good job on this one Z, Justin, and Yoder.

    Sounds like Bobby and Bart represented CrossFit 515 very well this weekend in Columbus! Great job guys, can’t wait to hear ALL about the entire weekend!!!!

    And Happy Birthday, Mom 🙂

    Challenge wod – 16:10 … Whew! Nice job, Jeremy! I’ve never run with a vest before and it was more difficult than I expected. I’m pretty proud of my programming on this workout though.

    Awesome job this weekend, Bart and Bobby!!! Can’t wait to hear all about your creeping on camille.

      Nice Win Z! It was a hell of a good WOD! I thought the box jump one would be easier…but I really liked the way you set this one up so I am glad I chose it…it was even kind of fun and certainly a challenge!

    Adam – I am going with challenge option #3 (deadlift, box jump, rope climb). I’m probably not going to do it for a few days but wanted to give you a heads up.
