    Alright, YODER – I hear you were defeated … here are my not-super-sympathetic options for you 🙂 …

    OPTION 1 (the throw away option)
    3 rounds for time:
    1 rope climb
    2 consecutive muscle ups
    30 double unders
    4 square handstand walk (must be 4 consecutive, unbroken squares)

    OPTION 2:
    5 rounds for time:
    wearing a 20 lb vest –
    400m run
    10 burpees
    10 pull ups

    OPTION 3:
    For time:
    2 minutes of box jumps (20″)
    Immediately after the 2 minutes, 100 minus # of box jumps toes-to-bar
    (Total reps will be 100. So, if I do 60 box jumps in the 2 minutes, I have to do 40 toes-to-bar. Clock will continue to run, so your time will include the 2 minutes of box jumps)

      Ahhh Lindsey….I knew I had it coming and you didn’t disappoint! 🙂

      As Evil as all 3 of these look…and as big of an ass kicking that I am prepared to take…I think #3 would be the least painful…but I think I will choose #2 because it looks like a good WOD to log and I want to see how I do…..

      I leave for Cancun next Thursday so I will have it done before I go……

    I ditto what Lindsay said. Those back squats made my handstand walking even worse than it normally is……but I did get to practice it a lot 🙂

    WOD – 19:53
    135 # squats
    75 sec handstand hold for 2 rounds then switched to handstand marches from box

    Today was definitely a day of sharp contrasts b/w strength and weakness.

    New March Goal – 45 sec Handstand Hold.

    Great job from Ash today.

    Blue WOD: 19:32 (135# back squats, 75 second handstand hold). I agree: when going to back squats after the handstand part, positioning and holding the bar was workout for the shoulders!).

    Did all 5 of the 75 sec handstand holds unbroken though….thanks for the chearing section!
