    Shoulder Press:155
    Push Press:175 (185 for two reps)
    Push Jerk: 185

    SP: 65-75-80-85-90(F)
    PP: 85-95-105-110-115(F)
    Couldn’t really do Push Jerk w my foot, so instead did AF WOD-
    AMRAP in 6:00
    9 Back Squat (155/105)
    7 Burpees
    5 Push Jerk (115/105) …or in my case Push Press
    As Rx’d- 2 rounds + 9 Squats + 7 Burpees

    I feel like I could have lifted a lot more but I had to lift like 5,000 pounds between my sets loading and unloading the bar for my lifting partner who was lifting like a girl today 🙁

      Really, that’s what you’re going with as your excuse?!? I was standing there and I believe the conversation went like this:
      Bobby, “Z, do you want to work in with me?”
      Z, “Really, we won’t be doing anywhere close to the same weight on anything.”
      Bobby, “That’s ok, I’m really good at math, so we’ll be able to change the weights quick!”

      Hahaha – Sorry Bobby, had to call you out on this one 😉

    110 Shoulder press
    130 Push Press
    135 Push Jerk

    And if you’re wondering – No, I was not Bobby’s partner.

    PP: 100 (105 for 1 rep)
    PJ (split jerk, really): 105 (110 for 3 reps) … all PRs 🙂

    AF wod AMRAP last night – 2 rounds + 16 reps (same as Jaime)
