      No problem…I still think it’s funny that you debated for 15 min if you should go lighter, and then you finished the WOD in 6:00!!! Reminds me of a Turkish Getup WOD I had to twist your arm to do that you ended up kicking butt at 🙂
      And oh yea, everyone can thank Joanie for the new rule at 515. If you can pick up and carry your DL bar across the gym to a new spot before the WOD, you need to put more weight on!!!!!! Just kidding (kinda 😉 ) – good work today, Joanie!

        Sorry Soyer! I thought this was porath’s post for some reason! He usually picks my weight and then beats me at all while making sure that I’m aware that he beat me! Makes me push harder so I like it!

    Black wod w/ 175# DL – 5:11 … pretty good weight for me – heavy but didn’t have to stare at the bar much (max DL is 215)

    What was your time, Bobby? I was told you deserve to get BOOMsauced. I probably had to do like 225 for it to be an official saucing tho.

      so you would need to do over 100% of your max in order for it to count? 315 is a long way from 400 something.

      Impressive time…….BUT NO I am not accepting a loss from you or Jaime unless you do the comparable girls weight on a workout, which according to workout 3 of the games this year girls do 205 when guys do 315

      On 4/14/2010 I did 30 Deadlifts For Time at 315 lbs. in 5:37

      Not as impressive as everyone else’s gains, but the numbers are still improving

      I’m disappointed in Lance, you clearly chose to do 325# just to one up me, then when you still beat my time with heavier weight you don’t even have the decency to come talk trash to me on the message board, or even a mean-hearted text. Hahaha nice work Dr.Kellow you’re a BEAST!

        Thanks Bobby! Good work yourself. I finished this one and looked up at the clock and realized that I probably could have done more weight considering the deadlifts sets were unbroken. As Will mentioned, my knee has been a little gimpy since Monday, so I was being a little cautious especially with the GHDs. One leg got more of a workout than the other for sure.
        Also, just wanted to say that I love to hear about all the improvements everyone is making. Way to go everyone!

    Black wod, Rx’d 4:44. DL weight, 155lbs.
    Didn’t hurt myself on GHDs like normal! 🙂 thought about it, January goals-
    : 1 kipping pullup
    : handstand
    I think that might be it… for now
