    Found out today that it IS possible to make burpees suck worse then they already do…do them with one foot! Thanks for doing the last 10 burpees with me, Katie & Jeff 🙂

    Black wod rx’d – 21:23 … started to give up on the possibility of beating Katie’s time about half way through wallballs. But, almost 4 minutes better than my Oct 8 time 🙂 Great job, Katie!!

    Good wod choice, Teague! We’ll miss you!

    Black WOD as rx’d – 31:28 It feels good to be able to say that (at least now it does; 10 hours later). I think I’m glad Teague won’t be picking the workout again for awhile

    Felt GREAT until about my 15th wall ball. Then my late lunch started to creep up the rest of the workout. I want another shot at this WOD…but not for a few months. Keep it filthy Teague, we will miss ya!
