That workout was perfect for my two goals of learning kipping pullups and 50 consecutive double unders (and I’m improving at both). I’ll consider kipping pullups learned when I do 10 consecutive to Jaime’s approval (knowing full well that I’ll never do them to Bobby’s approval). As for DU’s, there were at least 3 rounds today when I did at least 10 consecutive.
Blue WOD at 31:56 (2 abmats for the HSPUs, 135 pound deadlift).

Strict HSPUs with 1 abmat, back extentions instead of DLs, and situps instead of DUs.
Black WOD – 20:58
DU’s killed me on this one. Had a good pace every round till I hit those. Did them basically one at a time.
Blue WOD – 16:?? Used the red band & worked on chest to bar…
Enjoyed watching the monkeys after the WOD – nice job guys! 🙂
New Goal for December – Handstand walk the length of the gym
Blue WOD – I think I took about half the day. Lucky not to have run into the night class.
