Bodyweight Bonanza

Teams of 3 complete:
50 HSPU’s
125 GHD Sit-Ups (only 2 can work on)
50 Muscle Ups

*Teammate can help hold feet on HSPUs or kipping allowed if needed. Sub for MUs is 3 Pullups & 3 Rings dips for each MU.

Bet is 10 ODB’s (On Demand Burpees) per person

“On demand burpee” means that you can call for the other person to do a burpee/burpees anytime and anywhere 🙂

    Congrats to Bobby, Maloch, and Bryant. Nice job as well to everyone else that came this morning.

    Sorry team MUs were not my thing today. Poor showing on my part. Way to pick it up Adam and Bart we gained quite a bit of ground on them after GHDs.
